We are seeking a Business Analystto join our Sales Operations & BI team.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering actionable insights and maintaining critical reporting tools for stakeholders across the company-with a strong focus on sales. You'll champion data quality, optimize operational processes, and enable departments to make evidence-based decisions that drive growth and efficiency.

This is a hands-on role suited to a data-savvy, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a systems super-user for Microsoft Dynamics, Vantage, and Power BI; offering training and support.
• Manage and maintain reporting infrastructure including Power BI, SSRS, and SQL-based tools.
• Create and maintain accurate and visually compelling dashboards and reports across business units.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for both recurring and ad-hoc data requests.
• Support process and data integrity improvements across the business.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for digital and operational transformation.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and reporting solutions.
• Maintain technical and user documentation for systems, processes, and key reports.
• Support daily data reporting and automated refresh schedules for business continuity.
• Comply with internal systems and safety procedures, supporting the company's sustainability and community goals.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
• Solid understanding of databases and data structures
• Experience with Microsoft SQL, Power BI, and SSRS

Desired:

• A Levels or Degree in a relevant field
• Microsoft Developer or Database Fundamentals Certification
• CRM system administration and data management experience
• Familiarity with C#, JavaScript, and workflow customization

This is a full-time position - 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (This is a Hybrid role)
