Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. The role offers up to £450 per day Inside IR35 with umbrella arrangements, and a hybrid pattern of two days onsite per month at Manchester or Leeds.

The BA will elicit and document requirements, run workshops with stakeholders, and craft clear user stories for agile delivery teams, helping shape user-centred digital services within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Desirable: Experience with the GDS framework.
• Desirable: Involvement in Discovery/Alpha phases of digital projects.
