Job summary

North Yorkshire Council is seeking Business Analysts to join the Transformation service to identify, develop and deliver positive change across council services. The role offers hybrid working with home/office days at hubs in Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough and Selby.

Job description

At North Yorkshire Council we are looking to recruit Business Analysts to join our Transformation service, to help identify, develop, and deliver positive change across all council services.

Our Business Analysts work with a wide range of stakeholders to analyse problems, identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions. They solve problems, identify improvements and are passionate about making public services more effective and efficient.

The role is hybrid working with a combination of home working together with minimum 2 days per week in an office base at one of our local transformation hubs at Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough and Selby.

Within this role you will:

• Develop and present cases for change to senior management and Council partners.
• Manage and undertake a range of analysis activities to further define opportunities, benefits and action plans.
