Our Business Analysts work with a wide range of stakeholders to analyse problems, identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions. They solve problems, identify improvements and are passionate about making public services more effective and efficient.

The role is hybrid working with a combination of home working together with minimum 2 days per week in an office base at one of our local transformation hubs at Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough and Selby.
Within the Transformation directorate we place people at the heart of what we do, and Business Analysts are a valuable component of this service to help make sure the change initiatives and opportunities progressed are right for North Yorkshire Council and North Yorkshire citizens.
