Job summary

Opus Technology, the UK's largest independent Managed Service Provider, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to identify, shape and prioritise opportunities that improve operational performance, customer outcomes and business value across the organisation.

You will work alongside senior leaders to understand current operations, identify improvements, build evidence-based business cases and support decision-making that drives measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and driving process improvements.
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes and analyse data.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with ROI and business case development.

Be a key player in our Digital Transformation team

As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help identify, shape and prioritise opportunities that improve operational performance, customer outcomes and business value across the organisation.

Working alongside senior operational leaders to understand how the business currently operates, identify opportunities for improvement, build evidence-based business cases and support decision-making that drives measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Discovery

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, customer outcomes and business performance
• Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Diagnose operational challenges and identify root causes
• Maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities

Business Analysis

• Gather and analyse business requirements
• Produce process maps and workflow analysis
• Assess impacts, dependencies and risks
• Support evidence-based decision-making

Process Improvement

• Analyse end-to-end business processes
• Identify inefficiencies, rework and manual effort
• Recommend practical improvements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop business cases supporting investment decisions
• Define measurable benefits and success criteria
• Support ROI assessments
• Help prioritise opportunities based on value and strategic alignment

Strategic Enablement

• Support business transformation initiatives

Data, AI & Modern Technology Focus

You will be comfortable exploring how:

• Data can support better decisions
• Reporting and insight can improve performance

You are not expected to design solutions, build integrations or develop systems yourself.
Instead, you will help identify where technology can create value and work with specialist internal and external delivery teams to turn opportunities into outcomes.

Hybrid working 2-3 days a week in the Reigate office

Salary £60-£70k DOE
