Opus, the UK’s largest independent Managed Service Provider, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support customers and provide internal IT support. You’ll join our Technical Services team and grow your skills through structured training.
Role is hybrid with exposure to Microsoft technologies, networking concepts, and CRM systems. You will have the opportunity to progress toward 2nd Line support while benefiting from our development pathways.

Be a key player in our Technical Services team
The Service Desk Analyst role will will assist the company to support our customers, and also provide internal IT support within Opus, all while gaining exposure to a wide variety of different technologies.
Having worked within an MSP environment previously you will be used to working closely and integrating with the wider Technical Services teams plus interaction with new projects team as well.
Opus is looking for an individual keen to learn new technologies, supporting many different products and services. A desire to learn and develop into a 2nd Line Support Engineer and become officially certified via training programs. Supported by the IT and Network support team members, this is an excellent opportunity to learn on the job and via planned training development into the engineering team.
Salary £30-£32k
