Opustech is seeking a Business Analysis & Solution Design Lead to support our Digital Transformation team in Reigate, UK. In this role, you will be instrumental in turning business priorities into actionable solutions, working closely with development teams to ensure clarity and quality in implementations.
We are looking for professionals with a strong background in business analysis and practical solution design, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. Enjoy hybrid working and an attractive benefits package including private healthcare and flexible holiday allowance.
Imagine yourself in a role where your professional growth and creativity are championed every step of the way. Opus is the UK’s largest independent Managed Service Providers, recently ranked as “World class” by the Best Companies to work for awards.
We are building a focused Digital Transformation capability and are looking for a hands‑on Business Analysis & Solution Design Lead to help shape how our systems, data, and processes evolve. We operate primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, but this role requires someone who can think beyond specific platforms, understanding how technology, data, and emerging capabilities such as AI can be leveraged to solve problems and transform how the business operates. You will sit at the centre of transformation – turning business priorities into clear, buildable solutions and ensuring they are practically deliverable.
