Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to deliver projects across a range of methodologies. You will work closely with stakeholders, map and refine processes, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Based in Newcastle upon Tyne with a hybrid pattern (minimum 2 days in the office), you will join a diverse team focused on balance, growth, and delivering value to customers across the UK.

You have Youre?a proven Business Analyst who has experience delivering a range of projects using different methodologies Experience with Salesforce, Plentific or similar systems whether supporting its adoption optimising processes, or contributing to implementation. A flexible mindset to adapt between Agile, Waterfall, and WAGILE methodologies combine with strong analytical skills to tackle diverse challenges and deliver impactful results. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively at all levels.

The practical bits

Working Full Time hours Monday to Friday. Were a flexible organisation we understand last minute events can happen and offer flexibility to support you. We work a hybrid working pattern with a minimum of 2 days a week based from our offices in central Newcastle upon Tyne.
