Reporting to the Project Manager this is a business-facing role where you will be given the opportunity to add real value. The IT Business Analyst must be able to demonstrate they are a customer focused individual with the energy, drive and commitment to make it happen. This role will be required to work closely with all departments of the business driving change and efficiencies on the order platform, the order creation and order fulfilment system. This role will be working on business transformation projects, which may affect several areas of the business, and thus, good Organisational Politics, Conflict Management and Interpersonal skills are essential.
