Job summary

Foster + Partners in London is seeking a Business Analyst to help shape how people, processes and technologies work together across the practice. You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, deliver practical solutions, and drive digital adoption while navigating a diverse, global business.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying business challenges and translating them into effective solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Consultative approach to problem-solving, with experience identifying opportunities, evaluating solution options and supporting implementation.
• Experience creating and improving business processes through As-Is and To-Be analysis, while balancing business objectives, user experience and technical constraints.
• Experience working within enterprise systems, with exposure to platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP or similar business applications.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and experience working with platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshservice or equivalent service management tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, particularly the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Copilot Studio), Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
