Job summary

Quantum is expanding its Business Analytics team in London and seeks a Business Analyst to turn Rewards and Core data into actionable insights. You will build clear reports and dashboards, explain findings to non-analysts, and leverage AI tools to accelerate work. The role offers hybrid working and growth opportunities in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will collaborate across teams, shape data-driven decisions, and own projects end-to-end as you grow in responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning.
• Exposure to SQL or fast learner.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and at least one BI tool (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• AI-native and curious, familiarity with AI/LLM tools.
• Clear thinking, written and verbal communication.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• No ego.

The Role

Our Business Analytics team is growing! We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in London.

In this role you will help turn our Rewards and Core data into clear, trusted answers, building reporting and analysis that the business actually makes decisions on, and learning to do it AI-natively from day one.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning, you enjoy getting to the answer behind the numbers

• Some hands-on exposure to SQL, or a fast learner keen to become fluent quickly

• Confident in spreadsheets and at least one BI tool such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI

• Genuinely AI-native and curious, you reach for AI tools to move faster and keep learning - experienced in AI (LLM) tools

• You explain your thinking clearly, in writing and out loud

• You thrive when working as part of a team

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Have excellent written and verbal English skills

• Last but not least, you’ll have no ego!
