Job summary

Belcan is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity based in Filton, Bristol. The role offers hybrid working with circa 60% onsite attendance and occasional travel, in an aerospace engineering environment.

You will manipulate large datasets, focus on financial and performance data, and identify opportunities to improve processes. Experience in data-driven tool usage and planning is preferred; previous background in engineering is advantageous.

Location: Filton, Bristol, hybrid with 60% onsite working
Contract: Until 31 December 2027
Hours: 35 hours per week, worked across 4.5 days
Rate: 42.39 per hour Umbrella / 31.68 per hour PAYE
IR35: Inside IR35
Security Clearance: BPSS+ required

Our Aerospace client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a long-term contract opportunity based in Filton. The position offers hybrid working with approximately 60% onsite attendance and occasional travel.

This role would suit a digitally astute Business Analyst with strong experience in data manipulation, large datasets, financial data and performance improvement within an engineering or similarly complex environment. Experience is considered more important than specific formal qualifications.

• Good digital capability and confidence working with data-driven tools.
• Experience using planning tools would be advantageous.
• Previous experience within an engineering environment would be highly beneficial.
