ACCA has an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the BA Team within our Transformation Team on a 8 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension. This role can work remotely with occasional travel to Glasgow.

This is a new role, supplementing our core team and acting as a trouble shooter, providing support when projects have pinch points and picking up and leading on analysis. If you like variety - this is the role for you!

The Job

Reporting to a Senior BA, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

• Delivering business analysis services to support the organisation during the full lifecycle of any change initiative working independently or alongside a Senior BA
• Defining business processes using BPMN 2.0 in Visio in alignment with our process architecture
• Determining the right analysis tools for the job to ensure the right outcomes for ACCA
• Contribute to the development of the Business Analysis Practice by supporting definition of standard ways of working

We're looking for someone who:

• is highly motivated, resilient, proactive and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines
• has significant experience of delivering business analysis on a variety of different projects types using a diverse range of best practices and tools
• speaks up to challenge constructively, sharing your ideas for a better approach or improvements
• does the right thing and builds trusting relationships within the change delivery team and with your stakeholders at all levels
• listens to understand, valuing others' perspectives and involving the right people at the right time in your analysis
