LASER Energy is seeking a Business Analyst to join the team, working on a hybrid basis at Kings Hill. The role focuses on driving business improvement, shaping smarter processes and technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable value.
You will gather requirements, map processes and support change initiatives while leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 tools to enable automation and digital transformation.

Salary/package: £33,000 per annum

As a Business Analyst, you will be a valued member of the LASER Energy team, playing a central role in driving business improvement and change across the organisation. Working across a variety of projects, you'll help shape smarter processes, better ways of working and technology enabled solutions that create lasting business value.
We're looking for a Business Analyst with experience of gathering requirements, mapping processes and delivering business improvement initiatives. You'll be confident engaging with stakeholders, challenging existing ways of working and translating business needs into practical solutions that deliver measurable value. Experience using Microsoft Power Platform and other Microsoft 365 tools to support and deliver process improvement, automation and digital transformation will be highly beneficial.
