We're looking for a Business Analyst with experience of gathering requirements, mapping processes and delivering business improvement initiatives. You'll be confident engaging with stakeholders, challenging existing ways of working and translating business needs into practical solutions that deliver measurable value. Experience using Microsoft Power Platform and other Microsoft 365 tools to support and deliver process improvement, automation and digital transformation will be highly beneficial.

  • Designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 tools.

  • Collaborating with Systems, Data and Development teams to implement effective technical solutions.

  • Preparing reports, dashboards and management information to support decision making and measure business benefits.

  • Supporting business cases by assessing benefits, risks, costs and expected outcomes.

  • Supporting projects through planning, testing, governance and implementation activities.

  • Promoting continuous improvement and best practice business analysis methodologies.

  • Strong experience gathering requirements, analysing processes and delivering effective business solutions.

  • Excellent Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 skills, including experience using tools such as Power Automate.

  • The ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations, process maps and practical solutions.

  • Confidence building relationships and constructively challenging stakeholders when required.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

  • Experience within the utilities or energy sector would be beneficial but is not essential.

  • Salary of £33,000 per annum

  • 25 days annual leave, increasing to 27 after 4 years

  • Birthday Day Off

  • One Concessionary Day off during the Christmas Period
