Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description

Join our lending team within the Expand My Growth programme, which has undergone a transformation process over the past six months and now boasts a defined scope. We are seeking Business Analysts to collaborate with our technology counterparts in building requirements and designing solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining and building requirements for the 'obligar view' of customers, allowing single legal entities to operate under multiple business names, each potentially owning debt.
Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions for calculating risk profiles and probability of default using the obligar view and a revised regulatory model.
Re-engineer backend processes, digitalising and consolidating various credit strategies into a single entry point for all customers.
Automate new-to-bank loan and due diligence processes to ensure consistent outcomes.

Essential Skills

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience from NatWest.
Proficient in business analysis and stakeholder management.
Experience in process mapping.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in commercial or business banking is advantageous but not essential.
Experience in mortgages, overdrafts, or loans is beneficial.
