Job summary

MCS Group | Your Specialist Recruitment Consultancy is helping an established Belfast organisation hire an experienced Business Analyst to support a growing portfolio of change and transformation projects. This hands-on role sits within a developing Change function, guiding projects from discovery through to delivery and implementation.

The successful candidate will be based in Belfast and able to work onsite three days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within change or transformation environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and process mapping experience.
• Comfortable managing stakeholders at different levels of the business.
• Experience supporting projects from discovery through delivery.
• Strong testing and UAT experience.

The successful person must be based in Belfast and able to work onsite three days per week.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within change, transformation or project environments

• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and process mapping experience

• Experience supporting projects from early-stage discovery through to delivery

• Strong testing and UAT experience

• Able to challenge ideas constructively and bring structure to unclear project requirements

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a wider Change team

Contract details

• 6-month day-rate contract

• Belfast

• Three days onsite per week

• Immediate start required
