Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. The role is based in Manchester or Leeds with a hybrid arrangement of 2 days onsite per week, offering a day rate up to £450 and Inside IR35 via umbrella.

You will work in an Agile environment to shape and deliver user-centred digital services, elicit and document requirements, and support ongoing product delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience writing user stories and managing requirements.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Contract Business Analyst

Up to £450 per day | Inside IR35 | Manchester or Leeds (2 days onsite per Month)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly collaborative Agile environment, helping to shape and deliver user-centred digital services.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Desirable

• Experience working within the GDS framework
• Previous involvement in Discovery and/or Alpha phases of digital projects
• Experience delivering user-centred digital services
