What You'll Be Doing
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to join our team in Corsham, Wiltshire, as a Business Administration Apprentice. You'll be part of a workplace where learning and growth are encouraged — and where your contribution will help drive real progress.
As an Apprentice at Mitie, you'll be at the heart of what we do, making a real impact from day one. Here's a glimpse of what your journey could include:
Take initiative and confidently conduct meetings to gather feedback.
Build strong communication skills — whether in person, by phone, email, or using digital tools.
Get to know and represent the organisation's values in your work.
Complete tasks to a high standard with attention to detail.
Work alongside experienced professionals to gain practical, hands-on experience.
Help plan and organise meetings or events.
Suggest ways to improve how we work and use resources effectively.
Learn the basics of project management and take the lead on projects when needed.
As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, which will last for 15 months. You will develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours to support and improve business operations at Mitie. You will be fully supported by Wiltshire College through 1-2-1 advice, e-learning materials, and masterclasses. You will also receive support from our skilled leadership team at Mitie to grow in a professional environment, working on real projects and enhancing your skills.
