Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Business Administrator Apprentice

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00 / 08:00-16:00

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE:

To provide general administration support across the department as requested by company managers, supervisors, and administrators. The role involves ensuring business needs are met with a high level of accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeping computer databases up to date
  • Collecting and inputting company data
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and company procedures across all functions
  • Undertaking other duties as directed by management
  • Taking reasonable care for health and safety of oneself and others
  • Maintaining information on multiple trackers
  • Shadowing members of the admin team to gain knowledge

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to liaise with staff at all levels
