The Role
The Business Administrator will be responsible for supporting daily business functions across departments, ensuring efficient operations, and providing administrative assistance to senior leadership and wider teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across departments including HR, finance, marketing, and operations
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communications
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Support onboarding processes and general office coordination
  • Ensure adherence to firm policies and compliance requirements
