About this role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Business Account Manager in our thriving counter at Harvey Nichols.

You will be responsible for the overall growth of the account and increasing brand awareness via both internal and external activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, have previous experience in leading a team, and managing a growing business.

Leading by example is key to success in this role. You will thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy supporting and guiding others to achieve their goals and KPIs.

This role involves field management support, mentoring counter managers and teams across multiple locations, reporting directly to the Head of Retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the success of the counter by meeting sales targets for both the team and the account.
  • Support the Head of Retail by working closely with other counter managers to train, coach, and develop teams.
  • Lead and develop a team of two dedicated Counter Specialists.
  • Participate in strategic business planning with department managers, press and marketing teams, and the Head of Retail to launch initiatives successfully and lead on counter events.
  • Hold team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Conduct in-depth skin consultations using the latest skin imaging technology.
