About this role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Business Account Manager in our thriving counter at Harvey Nichols.
You will be responsible for the overall growth of the account and increasing brand awareness via both internal and external activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, have previous experience in leading a team, and managing a growing business.
Leading by example is key to success in this role. You will thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy supporting and guiding others to achieve their goals and KPIs.
This role involves field management support, mentoring counter managers and teams across multiple locations, reporting directly to the Head of Retail.
