About the role:
We are looking to hire a Business Acceptance Analyst to join our supportive and friendly global team. You will be part of the firm’s Legal & Risk function which has around 100 team members across our global network.
The role focuses primarily on managing the firm’s risk new business acceptance risk. This includes initiating and analysing conflict checks for new matters; conducting customer due diligence and risk assessment of clients and matters; and advising the firm’s lawyers on the legal and reputational risks of new business, ensuring at all times that Linklaters’ reputation is preserved, and professional rules and relevant laws are complied with.
