KM Education Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Bus Driver Trainer Assessor (Trainee or Qualified). The role is Home/Site based with a hybrid arrangement and travel required.

Full training will be provided to achieve the Trainer/Assessor award. Candidates must hold PCV and CPC licences, have at least 2 years’ bus driving experience and coaching experience, a full clean UK licence and access to a vehicle. Salary £34,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid PCV licence.
• Must hold CPC licence.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bus Driver.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Passenger Transport Services Bus Driver at level 2.
• Record professional discussions on units/topics based on knowledge and research.
• Deliver classroom/group training to learners and conduct field-based assessments.
• Manage your diary to ensure timely visits and reviews.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to learner needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
