Job summary

Stagecoach Leamington Spa is launching a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship. You’ll train to gain your PCV licence, earning £16.22 per hour during training and £32,894 annual when qualified, based on 39 hours per week.

Training lasts 6–8 weeks at our Leamington Spa Depot, with a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern designed for growth and flexibility. No experience needed—the programme pays you to learn and build a career.

Qualifications

• 18+ and hold a UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Right to work in the UK and DVLA eligibility
• Willingness to learn and deliver great customer service
• No prior bus driving experience required

Responsibilities

What do you need to apply?

• You need to be 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points


• Right to work in the UK (You will need to have been in the UK for a minimum of 183 days as part of DVLA requirement) and have been ordinarily resident in the UK and Islands or the British overseas territories for the last 3 years OR meet alternative criteria due to funding criteria (can be discussed via application)
