Job summary

SPS Bus is seeking qualified Bus/Coach Drivers for the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater. You will transport workers to and from the site, operate a 24/7 shift pattern, and earn enhanced rates for night, weekend, and overtime hours.

A Category D entitlement, CPC, and a full UK driving licence (24+ months) are required. This role offers competitive hourly pay, annual pay review, and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Category D entitlement (Bus/Coach licence).
• A full UK driving licence held for at least 24 months with up to 6 points.
• Valid CPC license.
• Excellent customer service skills, friendly, reliable and professional.
• Flexible approach to shifts and reasonable commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the workforce to and from the HPC project site.
• Maintain safe driving standards and professional conduct.
• Operate across 24/7 shift rota with varying 8–14 hr shifts.
• Comply with BPSS/DBS screening requirements as applicable.
