Specialist Passenger Solutions Limited (SPS) is recruiting qualified bus/coach drivers to support the HPC project in Bridgwater. You will transport the workforce to and from site with a safety-focused, customer-centric approach and operate within a 24/7 shift pattern.

SPS was formed in 2016 and serves the passenger transport needs of the EDF Nuclear Project at Hinkley Point C (HPC) in Bridgwater, the largest construction project in Europe. We are the only transport provider for the thousands of people who go to the construction site daily to work or visit. We are now bringing this experience to Sizewell C in Suffolk, providing safe, reliable, and efficient transport for its workforce. Qualified Bus/Coach Drivers for Hinkley Point C project Location: Bridgwater Pay: £16.69ph increasing to £17.77ph after 12 months service Hourly increase for hours worked between 1800-2300hrs = 14% Hourly increase for hours worked between 2300-0600hrs = 25% Hourly increase for weekend/overtime pay = 25% Travel allowance - subject to eligibility End of year annual pay review

We have a limited number of opportunities for qualified PCV Drivers to join our team. You’ll be driving the workforce to and from one of the UK’s most exciting infrastructure projects; HPC. At SPS, our drivers don’t just get people to work - they keep the project moving. And we do it together, with professional training, great pay and genuine support from day one.

Shifts

• We operate 24/7 to keep the workforce moving.
• Shifts between 0300-midnight (full flexibility required within the provided timeframes) Average 46-48 hours a week
• Shifts vary between 4 and 5 days a week on a rota basis including weekends
• Shift lengths vary between 8-14hrs
• Part time hours available (2-4 shifts per week)

What You’ll Need

• Category D entitlement (Bus/Coach licence)
• A full UK driving licence (held for at least 24 months) with no more than 6 points
• Valid CPC
• Great customer service skills & experience - friendly, reliable, and professional
• A flexible approach to shifts
• To live within reasonable commuting radius
