Job summary

SPS Bus is seeking a Bus Cleaner at our Ipswich depot to maintain the cleanliness of the PCV fleet to the highest standard and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the specified period. You will help ensure passengers have a safe and clean journey every day.

Key tasks include following health and safety guidelines, wearing PPE, reporting equipment issues, and keeping the workspace tidy after each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience working flexible hours.
• Driving licence + own vehicle to get to work due to hours.
• Desirable: Health & Safety knowledge, CSCS/CITB/CCNSG
• COSHH knowledge and First Aid are assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet cleanliness to the highest standard within the planned schedule.
• Follow health & safety and COSHH guidelines at all times and wear PPE when instructed.
• Report any lost, defective or inoperative equipment and ensure equipment is stored properly.
