Specialist Passenger Solutions (SPS), part of First Bus, is hiring a Vehicle Cleaner at our Ipswich depot. The role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of the PCV fleet and completing all tasks within the designated schedule to meet company standards.

Applicants should have experience with flexible hours and a driving license with own transport. Desirable items include COSHH, CSCS/CITB/CCNSG, health & safety knowledge, and first aid.

Qualifications

• Experience working flexible hours.
• Health & Safety knowledge (desirable).
• First Aid (desirable).
• CSCS/CITB/CCNSG (desirable).
• COSHH (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the fleet to the highest standard and completing cleaning within the scheduled period.
• Follow health & safety and security guidelines at all times.
• Wear appropriate PPE where required.
• Report lost, defective or inoperative equipment to supervisor.
• Keep equipment and surroundings clean and properly stored after each shift.
• Follow COSHH guidelines when using cleaning materials and chemicals.
• Participate in safety briefings and understand emergency procedures.
• Report any accidents/incidents using the company procedure.
