The ideal candidate will have substantial leadership experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. They should demonstrate excellent relationship-building and communication skills, along with strategic ability to support the school's commercial development. Working closely with the Head, the Bursar should embody a service ethos and a commitment to developing people. Previous school bursar experience is not essential; applications from diverse backgrounds including commercial, charitable, private, and public sectors are encouraged.
