VerseOne Group is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join the Burns Intensive Care Unit at the St. Andrews Centre. You will care for adult and paediatric patients 24/7, with structured support and a strong multidisciplinary team.

The role focuses on compassionate, evidence-based nursing in a high dependency setting, with opportunities for professional development, education, and progression within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with valid NMC pin.
• Experience in adult/paediatric burns or critical care preferred.
• Ability to work in a high dependency environment and provide compassionate care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver holistic, high-quality, individualised care.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care in collaboration with the MDT.
• Maintain patient dignity and effective communication with patients, relatives and visitors.
• Ensure safety and uphold the NMC code and Trust policies.
• Lead by example and participate in professional development.
