Haven is seeking a Burger King Manager to lead a fast-paced food service team and deliver high-quality guest experiences. You’ll manage performance, schedules, and resources while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

In this role you will drive service excellence, coach staff, control budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a positive, supportive work environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience in roles such as Restaurant Manager, General Manager in a fast-food chain, or similar management role within food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience budgeting and financial management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
