Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Bulk Operative to provide high standards of external cleanliness across housing sites in Northamptonshire. You will join our Soft FM team in Northampton and travel to sites across the region, removing bulk waste while ensuring health and safety compliance.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours) with a required full UK Driving Licence. We value reliability, flexibility and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Good level of fitness; heavy lifting involved.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bulk waste is removed from managed areas within agreed timeframes.
• Collect bulk waste and household items from housing sites daily.
• Drive the company vehicle and carry out daily maintenance checks.
• Tip collected waste at designated disposal sites.
• Keep daily records of waste streams collected.
• Participate in cleaning/deep cleaning activities when required.
