Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Bulk Operative based in Northampton to maintain external cleanliness and waste removal across housing sites. You will drive a van to various sites, collect bulk waste and furniture, and ensure health and safety compliance while keeping sites aesthetically pleasing.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a full UK Driving Licence as an essential requirement. You will join our Soft FM team and travel across Northamptonshire within a supportive,

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Good level of fitness with heavy lifting.

• Physically fit and able to operate heavy cleaning machinery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bulk waste is removed from managed areas within agreed time frames.
• Carry out day-to-day duties according to the daily schedule, including collecting bulk waste and household items from housing sites.
• Take responsibility for driving the company vehicle and carrying out maintenance checks daily.
• Responsibly tip all collected waste at designated waste disposal sites.
• Keep daily records of waste streams collected.
• Participate in cleaning/deep cleaning activities as required.

Job description

Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Bulk Operative to provide high standards of external cleanliness across a variety of housing sites. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Northampton and travelling to sites across Northamptonshire. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your role will involve driving a caged or tipper van and traveling to different sites to ensure bulk waste, furniture and fly tipping is removed and sites are health and safety compliant as well as aesthetically pleasing. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hour and a Full, clean UK Driving Licence will be an essential requirement for this role.
