B3 Living Limited in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Waste Disposal Operative for a permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week). You will clear waste and fly-tipping from properties, assist trades, and manage the company van, tools, and safety compliance. DBS check will be paid for.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety, including COSHH and risk assessments.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using a smartphone or handheld device for jobs.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clear waste and fly-tipping from occupied and empty properties.
• Lend a hand to trade operatives (plumbers, carpenters) when needed.
• Manage the B3Living van and ensure tools/equipment are stored and transported safely.
• Update job details on smartphone/tablet and complete work safely and to a high standard.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
