Job summary

Evri Group in Glasgow, UK, is seeking a Bulk Driver for a permanent role (45 hours/week) with a salary of £35,900 per annum. You will drive a Volvo lorry on planned routes with 4–6 stops per shift, maintain logs, and ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires a Class 1 licence and DCPC training (completed or in progress), plus strong knowledge of road transport laws and safe driving practices. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm, with opportunities in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive a Volvo lorry (less than 4 years old) to deliver goods on planned routes, typically 4 to 6 stops per shift.
• Inspect vehicle and trailer daily, completing a defect report if necessary.
• Load and unload cargo (cages, pallets, freight, stillages, and yokes) as required; scan consignments and operate pallet trucks when needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure on‑time delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Class 1 driving licence.
• Completed the required DCPC training hours or actively working toward them.
• Excellent knowledge of Road Transport Laws and a commitment to safe driving practices.
