You will deliver surveys, contract administration, and project work from start to finish, engaging in dilapidations, defects analysis, party walls, due diligence, and reinstatement costs while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in building surveying
• Newly MRICS or close to qualifying
• Strong technical knowledge
• Client-facing and sociable

Responsibilities

• Deliver building surveys, contract admin, and project work from start to finish
• Handle dilapidations, defects analysis, party walls, due diligence, reinstatement cost assessments, and maintenance programmes
• Build strong client relationships while learning from senior colleagues
• Contribute to a growing consultancy with space to make your mark
