Blaymires Recruitment Ltd is representing a respected surveying and consultancy practice near Southampton seeking an experienced Building Surveyor. You will contribute to project management, report writing, and client liaison across social housing and private landlords.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' technical delivery experience within a construction consultancy.
• Pre- and post-contract experience.
• Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in IT software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and bespoke systems).

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in project management and report writing duties.
• Support clients with cladding combustibility risk, defects, and remedial works.
• Collaborate with social housing, private landlords, and management companies on varied projects.
