Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Building Surveyor to join our facility maintenance team across offices in the North and Midlands. The role focuses on asset management, condition surveys, and delivering full design and project management for minor building fit-out projects for national clients, including government departments.

You will perform asset capture, historic building assessments, RAAC and fire compliance surveys, and support data-driven asset management.

Qualifications

• Chartered or Associate RICS membership required.
• Experience in asset condition surveys and building surveying essential.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project management for minor building fit-out projects across national clients.
• Perform asset capture, condition surveys, historic building assessments, void surveys and specialist RAAC/fire surveys.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes across Health, Education and Justice sectors.
