Salary: Up to £50,285

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Worthing / West Sussex with hybrid working

Contract type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our Asset Management Team, where you\'ll play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services, maintaining and improving our homes, and helping us create safe, healthy environments for our residents.

About The Role

In this role, you will take responsibility for project managing planned maintenance and major repair programmes, working closely with customers, leaseholders and contractors. You will play a key part in delivering a customer-focused approach to all refurbishment works, ensuring projects are well managed from start to finish. This includes keeping customers informed at every stage, maintaining excellent quality standards, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.

About You

We\'re looking for someone with strong project management skills and a background in building surveying. You\'ll have experience in managing refurbishment or maintenance projects, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. You should be confident working with a range of stakeholders and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
