Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Technical Surveyor to join the Property Services team in Southampton and surrounding areas. You will provide expert technical support to ensure homes are safe, compliant, and well maintained, while delivering excellent service to customers.

You will inspect before, during, and after works; prepare detailed specifications including scope, quantities, costs and timescales; coordinate with trades and contractors to achieve first-time fixes; maintain accurate data across

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of property maintenance and building pathology.
• Knowledge of housing/property services statutory/regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and schedules of work.
• Experience delivering maintenance/repair programmes within budget and timescales.
• Commercial awareness balancing cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Health, safety and environmental compliance knowledge.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office (with strong Excel knowledge).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel required).
• Ability to pass a basic DBS check.
