DK Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to support a range of housing asset projects across its portfolio. Based in Bournemouth, you will lead and support project work to maximise long-term value, condition and use of housing assets.
You will have a background in property surveying, asset management, or construction, with strong report writing and stakeholder management skills, and membership of RICS/CIOB or working toward a professional qualification.
Salary: £48,639.83 - £50,920.45 per annum
Contract: 18-month fixed-term

Experience within social housing, affordable housing or a similar property environment would be highly advantageous.
