Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is proud to advertise a Building Surveyor role in Reigate, covering the South, with a salary of £55,000 - £70,000 plus bi-annual bonus, car allowance/mileage and chartership support. You will join a well-established consultancy delivering insurance-related surveying projects.

You will manage domestic insurance claims, inspections, schedules of works, contract administration and oversee repairs, with strong progression and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Building Surveying experience within insurance, defects or subsidence projects.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.

Are you a Building Surveyor with experience in insurance-related projects or subsidence investigations, looking to join a respected consultancy where your expertise will have a genuine impact?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established independent consultancy specialising in insurance-related building surveying projects. With over 35 years of success, the company has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality surveying and engineering services across the South of England. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team.

You’ll split your time between the office and site, managing a varied portfolio of domestic insurance claims. The role includes carrying out building inspections, preparing schedules of works, contract administration, overseeing repairs and acting as the key point of contact throughout projects. You’ll benefit from excellent support towards further qualifications and long‑term career progression within the business.

The Role
