Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting a Building Surveyor for a growing multidisciplinary consultancy in the Southeast. The role covers education, commercial, healthcare and residential projects with rich progression opportunities.

You will manage projects from inception through to completion, with APC support and a clear pathway to Associate and Partner. The firm emphasises collaboration, client relationships and a long-term career horizon.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong Building Surveying experience, strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ambition to develop professionally within a business that offers genuine long-term progression.
