Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Building Surveyor to join an established consultancy in Reigate, covering the South. The role offers £55,000 - £70,000 plus bi-annual bonus, car allowance/mileage, chartership support, progression and 25 days holiday.

You will manage insurance-related surveying projects, carry out inspections, and oversee repairs from inspection to completion. The successful candidate will split time between office and site, with opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, defects or subsidence projects.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Willingness to travel and cover the South & Southwest.

Are you a Building Surveyor with experience in insurance-related projects or subsidence investigations, looking to join a respected consultancy where your expertise will have a genuine impact?

Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team.

You’ll split your time between the office and site, managing a varied portfolio of domestic insurance claims. The role includes carrying out building inspections, preparing schedules of works, contract administration, overseeing repairs and acting as the key point of contact throughout projects. You’ll benefit from excellent support towards further qualifications and long-term career progression within the business.

The Role
