Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a hands-on Building Surveyor to deliver reactive repairs, planned maintenance, stock condition surveys and project delivery across residential assets in the North West.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, prepare specifications and tender documents, administer contracts and advise stakeholders. The role offers hybrid working, a supportive team and a strong focus on value for money and compliance with CDM regulations.

Qualifications

  • HND in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience delivering maintenance and property investment services.
  • Experience managing projects from planning through to completion.
  • Strong contract administration knowledge.
  • Experience carrying out property inspections and stock condition surveys.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of housing maintenance and residential property management.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and best practice.
  • Good IT skills and experience using maintenance management systems.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities
