Job summary

Michael Page has a hands-on Building Surveyor role for a respected housing services provider in the North West. You’ll be responsible for reactive repairs, planned works and stock condition surveys across residential assets, with a varied workload and strong work-life balance.

You’ll manage projects from inception to completion, handle contract administration, prepare specifications and tender documents, support budgets and ensure CDM compliance.

Qualifications

  • HND in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience delivering maintenance and property investment services.
  • Experience managing projects from planning through to completion.
  • Strong contract administration knowledge.
  • Experience carrying out property inspections and stock condition surveys.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of housing maintenance and residential property management.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and best practice.
  • Good IT skills and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities
