We are recruiting a Building Surveyor to join a highly respected property consultancy in the South West. Based in our clients' Bristol office, the role involves working primarily in the surrounding area. The firm undertakes a broad range of services, including Building Surveying, Property Management, and Valuation work, serving various clients across the South West.

The Building Surveyor will perform a variety of duties, with a focus on commercial building surveying. Responsibilities include dilapidations, party wall matters, traditional surveys, and neighbourly issues.
