Building Surveyor, Bolton, Greater Manchester

Our client is a leading professional market leader operating nearly 2000 locations across the UK, ranging from 800 to 2000 sq ft sites in major towns and cities.

They are seeking an all-round Project Manager/Building Surveyor/FM Manager who can handle dilapidations, oversee contractors for refits, and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.

This role offers the flexibility to work from home, preferably in the South West, covering the entire south coast up to South London. Experience in office refurbishments is advantageous, but retail or similar experience is also acceptable.

Salary: Up to 55k plus an Audi A3, with a great team and culture.

Reporting to the Property Director,

Qualifications: MRICS in Building Surveying, Contract or Construction Management Qualification, Trade Qualification, Health and Safety Qualification.
