Qualifications

Building Surveyor

Birmingham (Remote / Site Travel)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy, working on a major long-term social housing framework with a significant pipeline of work for the next five years and beyond.

Are you a Building Surveyor with experience in building inspections, condition surveys and refurbishment projects, alongside some Contract Administration or Project Management experience? Are you looking for a long-term opportunity offering autonomy, technical development and excellent career progression?

This established consultancy has been delivering professional construction services to housing associations and local authorities across the UK for over 40 years. Due to continued growth and the award of a major local authority framework, they are looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team in the area.

In this role, you will undertake a range of Building Surveying duties, including property inspections, condition surveys, defect diagnosis and preparing specifications for refurbishment and maintenance works. You will also support the Contract Administration and Project Management of construction projects, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery.

This would suit a technically confident Building Surveyor looking to broaden their experience and take on greater project responsibility.

The Role:
